NOISE POLICY

• 1. We ask all guests to to show consideration to the environment and to the neighbours of the property in all manners and at all times
• 2. You, or any member if your party must not take speakers or amplified equipment to the property or outside. We provide appropriate blue tooth speakers for your use. We ask that you do not take them and play them at elevated volume in the garden area by the hot tub, and restrict it to the terrace.
• 3. We do not permit any live music at the property, whether that be DJs or performing artists. We are a residential property with neighbours. It is rural, and peaceful, and the noise travels.
• 4. You will not turn up music within the property to provide music outside.
• 5. You must limit any loud music playing inside the property so that it cannot be heard outside.
• 6. Show consideration for the neighbours of the Property in the early morning and the late evening.
• 7. Should you have any deliveries or ordering taxis, you must ensure that any third party companies have directions and do not disturb the neighbours.
• 8. Wollaston Lodge has a hot tub. We ask that you consider the neighbours when using this, and no later than 10pm.
• 9. Should you be in breach of any of the conditions set out in this clause, and complaints are received by a third party, we will contact you directly by text, phone or email. If we do not receive a reply and an assertion that you will desist, we will personally visit the property and the matter will be escalated.
• 10. Should you fail to observe the conditions set out above, and warnings have been given, we have the right to ask you to leave the property immediately terminating the Contract and in such a case we shall not be liable for any reimbursement of monies paid, including the cautionary deposit.
